Reminder:
starting this weekend, we will be meeting at the Lake Andrea beach, across the
lake from the RecPlex, for the rest of the class sessions. When you enter the beach, go to the left and
we usually meet in the grassy area next to the fence. Tell them at the window you are there for my
class.
If there
is bad weather, or if there is a problem at the
beach, we will meet in the classroom at the RecPlex as usual. Again, please
check the RecPlex Tri Training Blog for last minute info.
Saturday Trek Training Class
June 4 – Transition practice, Brick with Optional Swim

IF you want to swim (this is optional), come at
7am. Otherwise meet as usual at 7:30am.

ride, T2 practice, Run
Sunday Pleasant Prairie & Trek Training Class
June 5 – Run/Swim Brick

Bring all your triathlon gear, including bike. If the beach is not open, or if the water is
too cold (and you don’t have a wet suit), you can turn this into a duathlon
(run/bike/run).

Pleasant Prairie International racers – you’ll
do the same but at longer distances.
