Class will meet at the Lake Andrea Beach at 10:00am.
Workout will be:
- Transition set-up
 - Ride of the Danskin bike course (please bring your cue sheets)
 - Transition to run on the running path
 
I am planning on getting to the beach sometime after 9am to swim myself, so if anyone does want to swim before the start of class, you're welcome to join us.
