Saturday, 5/21 Trek Tri Training Class


Reminder: this Saturday we will do a bike ride of the Trek Course; basically making up what were couldn’t do last week due to the weather.

Meet in the original classroom (Blue Room) at 7:30.  We will have a very quick class session and then start the ride no later than 8:00.  We will meet for the ride at the south end of the RecPlex parking lot. 

Remember to bring all necessary bike gear, water bottle, helmet, etc.

Also, remember: bring swim and run gear to every class, regardless of workout scheduled.  That gives us the flexibility in case the weather is bad or we have to switch things up for another reason.

Changing Sunday’s workout:  since we will be biking on Saturday, switch the Sunday May 22 workout to a run.  Pick one of the runs previously on the workout schedule and do it again.

Uniforms: I am finalizing the details for the Tri Tops and Tri Shorts – I will have pricing this weekend.
